Assist General Accountant in performing aspects of accounting booking and assets management.
Booking: prepare and import accounting entries related to bank, cash to accounting system, ensure all accounting entries must be recorded into Sun on time and in-line with company policy, tax regulation.
Month-end entries: acrual expenses, prepaid expenses, revaluation exchange rate must be recorded into Sun on time and in-line with company policy, tax regulation.
Reconciliation balance sheet accounts: ensure related BS accounts balance must exactly and have supporting documents.
Filling documents: all cash and bank ledgers must be filled orderly, tidy, labled and easy to find.
Other related duties requested by line-managers.

Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting area.
Knowledge of local and international accounting standards, taxes, legal & audit issues.
Good communication skills both in Vietnamese and in English, enable written and oral communication with Expats is a requirement.
Sun system and Microsoft Office skills are required.
Careful, sense of responsibility.
