1. OBJECTIVE
Drive and develop key audits ensuring all departments maintain high integrity and compliance of company policy. Analyze cost, productivity and yield ensuring actual is consisent with company budget and target yield.
2. DESCRIPTION
‘• Analyze and evaluate cost data for accuracy and compliance of company policy. prepare weekly reports for BOD accordingly
• Drive and develop audits to ensure Company is operating at optimal financial efficiency
• Determine projects to cut costs and improve profitability
• Monitor operational KPI and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and minimize cost
• Financial “leakages” in the organizaton and offer recommendations to close them
• Audit integrity of data and key SOPs, ensuring departments stay disciplined and compliant within company policy
• Perform key analysis of new business opportunities as directed by BOD

4. POLICY
• Location: Ho Chi Minh City
• Direct supervisor: BOD
• Working time: 08:00 – 17:00 (from Monday to Friday and 1 Saturday/ month)

Yêu cầu
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field (essential).
• 5-7 years of Accounting work experience with auditing (essential).
• Strong understanding of processes, systems and be good with numbers.
• Strong communication skills to work with Accountants and other coworkers
• Excellent attention to detail to review large amounts of data and numbers
• Exceptional mathematical skills to verify entries
• Good critical-thinking skills to gather all of the available data and make informed decisions
• Excellent research skills to find all related information needed
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets
