· Sales management of sports account in Vietnam
· Propose & guarantee annual sales budget in sports market in line with the Global Sports Market Manager direction
· Contribute to the rules to serve in collaboration with the Global Sports Market Manager. Guarantee the rule to serve (delivery lead time, credit, price premium vs service, forecast, local stocks).
· Propose marketing actions to support sales development in Vietnam including distributors selection.
· Follow markets and competitors positions.
· Prospections in new development activities at sports, consumer electronics, additives and battery markets.
· Follow up of all development projects in responsible markets to a conclusion and commercialization.
· All sales and development activities recorded in Salesforce.
Be a global team player and collaborate across a very global business development and commercial team
Products – All products of HPP (Polyamides, Kynar, Kepstan)
Geography – Vietnam, Cambodia
Interfaces – Customers, distributors, R&D team, supply chain team, product stewardship team and sales team.
Yêu cầu
· Technical degree – preferably chemistry, chemical engineering, or equivalent.
· Fluent in English
· Frequent traveling within Vietnam will be required
· Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
· Adaptable to very different customers environments
· Negotiation abilities, proactivity and reactivity
· Strong communication and analytical skills
3 years experience in a sales role
