Job Details
Position: General Accountant Staff
Job Code: 62713
Responsibility
– Withdraw money from the Bank (recognize the software system)
– Deposit/withdrawal confirmation
– Daily bookkeeping (including expenses)
– Management of fixed assets (capitalization assets, depreciation, expired assets, …)
– Making monthly financial statements (BS, BL, CF)
– Calculating cost (cost of goods sold, production cost)
– Calculating wages and paying wages to employees
– Tax calculation and payment (FCT, CIT, PIT, VAT)
– Controlling Account Receivable, Account Payable, money
– Making annual financial statements
– Working with tax inspectors
– Loan management, submit loan documents to the bank (if necessary)
– Updating legal documents and reporting to management, board of directors
– Making monthly reports to state and tax agencies
– Managing receivables, calculating products’ cost
– Credit limit management (managing the allocation balance of each customer, …)
– Doing other jobs as assigned by the manager or director
– Working location: Duy Tien, Ha Nam
– Monthly Salary: 475～605(USD)

Requirements
- Gender: Female. Age: 27 - 34
- Education: University graduation, major in Accounting or other related fields
- Education: Have at least 5 years working experience as General Accountant in Japanese Manufacturing companies
- Language: English - More than Conversational Level ( be able to write email, read and make document in English)
- Want to commit long term with the company
- Good multitasking, communication and teamwork skills
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Be able to use Japanese at work
- Lives in Ha Nam
