Position: Purchasing Staff
Job Code: 62667
Responsibility
– In charge of purchasing equipment in accordance with the requirements of using department;
– In charge of purchasing for repair and maintenance projects, new construction,
– Processing in the whole factory (inviting bids, asking for quotes, checking quotes, selecting contractors, making contracts and orders, monitoring project implementation progress, testing collection, handover, process payment to suppliers…);
– Understanding how to analyze quotes related to construction, processing and interior decoration of TOTO dealers and showrooms from which to check the reasonableness of the quotation;
– Perform other tasks as assigned by manager
– Working location: Dong Anh, Hanoi
– Monthly Salary: 430～520(USD)

Requirements
- Gender: Male is more preferable. Age: 22 - 30 years old
- Education: At least from Bachelor Degree, major in Technical/ Design
- Experience: Have at least 1 year working experience as Purchasing staff that purchase technical equipment in Manufacturing companies. Fresher who has good logical thinking and quick learning ability can also be considered
- Language: English - More than Conversational Level (Be able to communicate and use in work)
- Have experience and understanding of purchasing operations;
- Have good knowledge of commonly used equipment in the factory (Read and understand specifications
technique, how to operate equipment);
- Have good knowledge of advertising, interior design, showroom decoration
- Good Communication skill, good teamwork, highly responsible
- Be able to catch up and handle job quickly, flexibly and detailed
- Hardworking, study quick, active, positive and open thinking
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Have experience of working in Japanese companies
- Be able to use Japanese in work
