Job Details
Position: Service Dealer Operation Staff
Job Code: 62559
Responsibility
– Achieve company’s business objectives KPIs that include: Active UIO (Units in Operation), CPUs (Central Processing Units) , Customer paid service sales (Labor & Parts), SOP (Starts of Production), Kaizen compliance rate, CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)
– Support new dealers in set up stage;
– Improve dealer service operation quality;
– Improve customer satisfaction;
– Represent and liaison Hino Motors Vietnam with Dealers in all matters including Policies, Procedures, programs
– Working location: Hoang Mai District, Hanoi
– Monthly Salary: 500～700(USD)

Requirements
- Gender: Male preferred. Age: 22 - 32
- Education: At least from Bachelor’s Degree - major in Automotive technology/ Economic/ Commercial/ Marketing/ Businesses management or related fields.
- Experience: Have at least 3 years working experience in Sales / Sales Training in Automotive industries
- Language: English - more than Conversational Level (to communicate and report with Japanese Head of Department)
- Have knowledge about Automotive Dealer operation, Operation Management, Business Basic, Service Marketing
- Skills:
+ Good MS Office skill
+ Good communication, problem solving and negotiation skill
+ Have logical mindset and good ability of information analysis & collection
- Personalities:
+ Honest
+ Self-discipline
+ Be able to work under high pressure
+ Highly committed to the job and the company
- Be able to go on business trip frequently
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Have experience of working in Japanese companies
- Have experience in setting up Automotive Dealers
