Job Details
Position: Depot and Workshop Equipment (DWE) Engineer
Job Code: 62555
Responsibility
a) Preparation of documents in English and Vietnamese related to Depot & Workshop Equipment required to progress the necessary works with in the CP3 package scope of works including such
documents as Manuals, Test reports, ITP’s and Good for construction packs(GFC) etc.
b) Cooperation with internal departments, Sub-contractors, external parties to supervise and resolve interface issues, conduct designs, plans, reports and related information to Depot & Workshop Equipment sub-systems in compliance with contract requirements. Support the development and management of interface agreements and applicable regulations & standards,
c) Translation of technical Vietnamese/English documents to English/Vietnamese document, and checking the document for quality of translation.,
d) Document control and document preparation for submission to the client and 3rd parties.
e) Support DWE meetings as Interpreter as well as preparation of minutes of those meetings with third parties
f) Compile project documentation for submission on the previously created project document templates such as O&M Manuals, Product/Equipment approval applications etc.
g) Study and advice on Vietnamese laws, decrees, and regulation that might affect the DWE and their use for the Maintenance of railway systems.
h) Support when required site work in Vietnam related to Depot & Workshop Equipment construction works, especially the installation, testing and commissioning work and preparation of staff training of both HTC and Client.2
i) Support the creation or publication of Site works and documentation necessary for the execution of the Project as is instructed by the DWE manager or delegated staffs.
– Working location: Project Office (District 1) and Site Office (District 9)
– Monthly Salary: 1232～1232(USD)

Requirements
- Age : 30 -35
- Gender: Any
- Language Skills: English- Business Level ( written and spoken) and communication skills.
- Education Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering including major in Electrical or Mechanical
- Experience :
+ At least 2 years’ experience in construction field
+ Experience with working with M&E contractors preferably not Vietnamese contractors
Others
- Computer Skills: MS Office, Excel, AutoCAD
- Capable of working in a team and maintaining effective relationships with clients, owners and sub contractors.
- Ability to multi-tasks, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment.
- Effective and proven organizational skills to meet multiple tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a high pressure and demanding work environment.
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised as well as in a team environment.
- Able to present themselves in a professionally manner and ensuring complete confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information
