Position: Business/ Operation Senior Staff
Job Code: 62537
Responsibility
1. Spare Parts Business Senior Staff
– Study and launch new part product, working, negotiating with suppliers for product development, pricing and promotion to all dealers nation-wide
– Co-operate with service team to develop, conduct and promotion program to increase parts revenue
– In change of Parts pricing
– Watch the parts marketing movements from markets, competitor and propose proper actions.
– Visit customer to understand about their business, need, wants and demand
– Support parts operation team for oversea ordering and part claims (if any).
2. Spare Parts Operation Senior Staff
– In charge parts operation from ordering to delivery to dealers, customers
– Part information and ordering system (HIECHO-X) management
– Manage system for dealer part operation and ordering POS-Dealers
– Have dealer parts performance reports and analysis (Revenue, inventory…), make weekly, monthly reports
– Develop and conduct training program for dealers’ staffs, implement parts SOP.
– Working location: Hoang Mai District, Hanoi
– Monthly Salary: 500～700(USD)

Requirements
- Gender: Male preferred. Age: 22 - 32
- Education: At least from Bachelor’s Degree - major in Automotive technology/ Economic/ Commercial/ Marketing/ Businesses management or related fields.
- Experience: Have at least 2 -3 years working experience in Automotive parts business, trading, technical sales, logistics...
- Language: English - more than Conversational Level (to communicate and report with Japanese Head of Department)
- Have knowledge about Automotive Dealer operation, Operation Management, Business Basic, Service Marketing
- Skills:
+ Good MS Office skill
+ Good communication, problem solving and negotiation skill
+ Have logical mindset and good ability of information analysis & collection
- Personalities:
+ Honest
+ Self-discipline
+ Be able to work under high pressure
+ Highly committed to the job and the company
- Be able to go on business trip frequently
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Have experience of working in Japanese companies
