Position: Junior Associate
Job Code: 62411
Responsibility
– Frequently contact with clients and consult legal/ law service
– Negotiate corporate agreements
– Support senior lawyer on cases
– Details will be discussed during the interview
– Working location: Dist. 1, Ho Chi Minh City
– Monthly Salary: 1000～2500(USD)
Yêu cầu
Requirements
・Age : under 40
・Gender : Any
・Language skills : English – Good command of written and spoken
・Education background : Bachelor's Degree in Laws
・Having lawyer certificate
・Experience : Being experienced in business law practices (foreign investment, corporate, M&A, licensing, labor & employment etc.)
・Being proactive, creative and responsible
・Having good analytical skill, logical thinking and being capable of working independently
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Experienced in an international law firm or a reputable local law firm is preferable
・Japanese language skill is a plus
