Job Details
Position: Assistant Chief Technical Officer
Job Code: 62309
Responsibility
・Responsible for managing the quality and deadlines of development projects.
・Manage team leaders to execute projects.
・Develops staffing plans to ensure that projects are completed on time and within cost.
・Coordinate with management to establish development processes and operational policies.
– Working location: Tay Ho, Ha Noi
– Monthly Salary: 1800～3120(USD)

Requirements
・Education: College Diploma or above
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30-45 years old
・Language: English conversational level (for internal communication)
・Experience:
- Around 10 years of working experience in programming PHP or JavaScript
- Around 10 years in managing a development team.
- Experience with RDB (Mysql, Postgres,..)
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Have Japanese skill (for internal communication)
・Agile development experience (Scrum Master)
・Experience in launching agile development
・ 2 years in system design (English input)
Personality
・Willing to learn new things.
・Have learning motivation
