Job Details
Position: Sales Engineer
Job Code: 62210
Responsibility
-Sales activities
・Visitation to the potential user and existing user, presentation, and negotiation to close the deal.
・Setting up periodical dealer meeting, follow up the dealer’s action
・Prepare print sample, presentation material
・Promotion activity such as Exhibition, Dealer’s Open house.
・Input key account and opportunity information into Customer Relationship Management system.
-Technical Support
・Visitation to the cusotmer site and conduct installatoin, training, maintenance, and repir.
・if the issue is not solved, it will be escarated to technical team based in Hong Kong.
work with them and solve the problem.
・Supervise the activity of the technical staff of the distributor, including by technical training
・Input incident situation into Management system.
-Market survey
・Get the feedback about our products from the customer
・Survey competitor’s activity, price in Vietnam
・Survey Market information in Vietnam
・Analyze by 3C4P
-Sales materials in Vietnamese
・Translation into Vietnamese (Marketing team based in Hong Kong will prepare the article, presentation material)
・Preferably, Localize or prepare presentation material by own.
– Working location: District 1, HCMC
– Monthly Salary: 1300～2000(USD)
Yêu cầu
Requirements
・Bachelor Degree
・Gender : Any
・Age: 27 - 40 years old
・Having working experience as a BtoB Sales or Sales Engineer for industrial printer, or equipment for garment factory(such as screen printing equipment) over 5 years
・Language: English Upper Business level (communicate with Hong Kong HQ, overseas branches)
・can work as a Sales independently
・Willingness to Business trip domestic Vietnam, in some special case, international.
Preferable Skill / Experience
・No technical background also acceptable. At the beginning stage, required to visit customer site with technician of the dealer, sometime supported by Hong Kong
・Personality : Aggressive, ambitious, details person, love to communicate and build good relationship with Vendor
