Job Details
Position: Senior Ad Optimizer
Job Code: 62176
Responsibility
– Execute digital ad campaigns by managing, monitoring and optimizing cost and performance of ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
– Assist with evaluating and implementing right analytics tools.
– Measure, analyze and report on the campaigns, updates throughout duration of campaign and optimization suggestions.
– Work collaboratively with BD team to create quotation and proposal for new and existing vertical clients.
– Work collaboratively with Creative team in terms of ad content and banners.
– Working location: Dong Da, Ha Noi
– Monthly Salary: 430～860(USD)

Requirements
・Education: Bachelor Degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25-40 years old
・Language: English conversational level (Internal communication)
・Experience:
- Over 2 years of direct experience managing campaigns through Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Experience with keyword research, competitive insights
- Ability to utilize analytics tools such as Google analytics, Facebook pixel, Adobe Analytics and implement these tags in Google Tag Manager
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, time management skills
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Good verbal and written communication skills, good command of English
- Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
Preferable Skill / Experience
- HTML, CSS, JS knowledge is a plus.
- Experienced in agency environment is preferred.

- Self-motivation, flexibility, stamina and the ability to adapt
- Willing to learn, teamwork spirit and result oriented.
