Job Details
Position: Japanese Speaking – Web Designer
Job Code: 62141
Responsibility
– Participate in a software development project related to Elder Care business management for the Japanese market.
– Design customer-friendly interactions for mobile and web platforms
– Understand our services and our clients to improve the usability of our website
– Break any design problem down into viable actionable chunks and solve them with clarity
– Execute on all parts of the design process: design direction, user-research, ideation, flows, mockups, visual design, spec & asset production, usability testing
– Making data-driven decisions and when cannot, being able to provide a clear and consistently-angled thought process / decision framework
– Provide strategic design thinking and leadership
– Other tasks assigned by Japanese / Vietnamese manager
– Working location: Dist 1, HCMC
– Monthly Salary: 1000～1500(USD)

Requirements
・Bachelor Degree
・Gender: Any
・Age：28-38
・Japanese Skills : Business level
・5+ year experience as UX design
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Having knowledge in Elderly Care Service
・Having Programing skill
・Can work long term
