Job Details
Position: Japanese Speaking – IT Communicator
Job Code: 62040
Responsibility
– Communicate by Japanese and report IT project
– Translate Japanese technical materials and workplace materials into Vietnamese
– Attend the meeting and interpret the content for Vietnamese engineers
– Interact with the contact person in Japan by mail, phone, Skype…
– Support Japanese director’s task using by Japanese
– Take charge of assigned back office/ admin tasks
– Other tasks assigned by Japanese director and managers
– Working location: District 3, HCMC
– Monthly Salary: 800～1100(USD)

Requirements
- Gender : Any
- Age : 25 - 35
- Education Background: Bachelor Degree
- Language Skills: Japanese: Business Level (N2 Certificate or above)
+ Excellent communication (verbal and written) skill
- Experience: Have 2 years working experience as IT communicator
- Others:
+ Person who can think logically rather than technically
+ Have international mindset
+ Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
+ Being active, creative and positive in working
+ Extraordinary attention to details
+ Have potential to be a leader/ manager in the future
Preferable Skill / Experience
- English skill : Conversational level
- Person who have knowledge of IT and programming
- Person who have knowledge of administrative and accounting
- Person who used to live and work in Japan
