Execute 3D models through modelling and/or simulating various products covering footwear
Train brands, vendors, and 3rd party partners on the 3D creation process; i.e. training new staff, factory partners, material suppliers, and contractors
The goal of this role is to reduce the physical prototypes & samples, reduce the calendar timelines, help the company become more a sustainable company, and enable new business processes
Consult with brands and factories on ways to transition to a digital process including the creations of foundational standards and libraries.
Develop material, last, and tooling libraries for Digital Product Creation projects
Engage design, merchandising, product development, technical design, sourcing, sales, and marketing to develop and implement 3D Digital Product Creation processes and capabilities
Collaborate with other DPC team members and build an innovation-minded team that can be the DPC Centre of Excellence for all of the company.

College/bachelor's degree.
3 - 5 years in the same position, in the footwear industry. Open for senior positions (5 - 10 years).
Excellent English communication and Vietnamese mother tongue, business communication.
Highly capable using core digital creation software: (i.e. Footwear/last/tooling: Modo, Rhino,)
Experience in the following software is a plus: RCS, MIND, 3D Studio Max, Keyshot, Substance Designer ,T-splines,Blender.
High level of Proficiency in the following is a plus: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and similar programs
Proficient with business computer software (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience using DPC tools with suppliers (Factories, Material Vendors) is preferred
Experience working with Footwear, Apparel, and/or Equipment product creation teams in a digital product creation capacity is highly preferred
Understanding of the retail product creation process is highly preferred
