· Answering incoming phone calls, taking messages and transmitting to relevant people
· Checking email every day to be updated with internal memos and forwarding to related department
· Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and reports
· Arranging business travel and accommodation for staff
· Processing recruitment activities such as screening CVs, interview telephone, scheduling interview and preparing onboard process for newcomers.
· Preparing labor contract, evaluate and salary adjustment, resignation, compensation
· Managing staff profiles, annual leave and staff induction
· Other tasks from Manager
Yêu cầu
· Bachelor degree of the majors: Business Administration, Economics, Banking, Finance
· Strong organization skills
· Good command of English, both in written and spoken
· Highly responsibleand detail-oriented
· Proactive, multi-tasking
· Good attitude and teamwork spirit
