II. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Management

• Treasury Team duty allocation, work scheduling, Interpersonal mgt.
• Treasury 1st Approver and Treasury controller
• External stakeholders management such as Bank and SVB
• Monthly Treasury Closing & Summary Report
• Minimize net financial cost via Cash Forecasting and the followings

– Bank fee and FX rate negotiation
– Time deposit interest rate negotiation
– Loan contract condition checking
2. Treasury Planning

• Intercompany loan and IBD (Interest Bearing Debt)/closing, bank guarantee issuance management
• Follow up daily cash flow in/out (local and oversea payment), assure sufficient operational funding
• Reconciliation of Direct cash flow and indirect cash flow as monthly duty.
• Internal Cash treatment policy management
• Support to team leader:

– Bank transaction including new loan making and Interest negotiation
– Rolling/monthly/short-term/long-term Finance management planning
3. Working capital operation

• Working capital and net debt management including book keeping, reconciliation as Daily duty including Money Collection from customer and Expense payment to vendor
• Daily Internal transfer and loan repayment
• Weekly payment and Bank balance report
• Bank Fee report, Monthly cash & Loan movement and ending balance
