We are currently hiring a Trade Marketing Supervisor who will work as a part of the marketing team to deliver planned revenue, volume and gross margin of key brands & customers.
Cross-function Coordination
• Working closely with Brand MKT & Retail team to ensure high performance outcome of projects.
Trade MKT Project Management
• Developing and executing the Trade Marketing & OOH Advertising Plans in line with sales and marketing objectives of a group of brands and manage the Trade Marketing budget.
• Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-mall planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities.
• Leading and implementing channel specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers.
• Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams from promotion announcement and approval to collaboration with Retail team at retail locations.
• Leading activation programs with partners (Landlords/Retailers and other partners) to improve brand visibility.
• Visiting the points of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected.
Partnership Lead management
• Collect and Route all partnership opportunity leads to DAFC in order to increase client database and enhance client experience among luxury industry.
• Follow up and Collect survey to ensure partnership relationship and satisfaction with improvement.
• Deal & finalize contract with Partners for new channel initiatives to push sales out-of-store network for DAFC (from following up the lead and signing the contract with partners to development of execution plan).
• Support Retail team in executing Private events/Activations (including Micro Private Event & Private Sales) in malls and other locations (if any).
Follow-Up & Reporting
• Ensure weekly/monthly and quarterly report of any problem on Trade MKT or any Trade MKT activities with Mall and stores supports/photos.
• Monthly report about Promotion plan with mall and OOH performance.
Yêu cầu
- University/ College degree in business administration, marketing or relevant fields.
- More than 2-year experience as Trade MKT Specialist/Executive in premium/luxury fashion/cosmetic/hospitality/high-end shopping mall brands.
- Knowledge of retail network & relationships with luxury partners.
- Strong negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills.
- You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- You thrive in matrix environments and are adept at influencing and coordinating with different stakeholders.
- Advance in reading, writing English.
- Microsoft Office proficiency is a must.
- Good skills in communication & problem-solving.
- Meticulous & clever in communication.
- Ability to work independently and in team situations.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
- Able to communicate on phone is an advantage.
