Responsible for increasing the sales and profitability in the assigned territory. Assist in implementing
sales and marketing strategies and support of the goals and general strategies. Develop a thorough
knowledge and understanding of the products and their associated clinical areas of use
Responsibilities
– Support to sales and marketing activities in the assigned territory
– Work independently to achieve the sales target, establish new and enhance existing relationships with key medical specialists and other relevant authorities
– Provision of comprehensive clinical product support to customers
– Provide product training to relevant parties
– Collect and report market information to the company
– Provide on-site technical support & troubleshooting if needed
– Have a sound understanding of, and comply with Company Compliance requirements
– Demonstrates an excellent knowledge of the product range and a sound understanding of the associated medical discipline
– Meet or exceed the sales targets by working independently in assigned territory to present and sell products and services to physicians, hospitals, outpatient facilities, health care facilities, etc
– Plan, forecast and track all progress and results in a timely and objective manner
– Assist in develop and maintain sales plan
– Assist in identifying key trend directions, establish pricing, promotion and distribution strategies, and execution plans to achieve KPIs and objectives
– Follow-through on customer requests and commitments
– Manage and develop strong relations with the existing distributors and acquire new distributors for new accounts
– Deepen customer relations with existing customers
Yêu cầu
- Degree Holder in Science, Life Science, Biochemistry or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years in a successful medical device sales and marketing roles, experience in sellinginterventional cardiology & radiology or related products will be preferred
- Ability to establish high quality consultative relationships with leading medical specialists
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to collaborate with other team members and distributors toimprove sales
- Ability to meet performance goals and develop new opportunities using innovative strategies.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, have passion to the industry, excellent presentationand communication skills, and able to establish high quality consultative relationships with leadingmedical specialists.
- Basic communication skill in English
