+ Talent Acquisition:
– Build up resources for searching suitable candidates for Company’s vacancies and make effective recruitment plan
– Develop and maintain good external relationships with recruitment service agencies for effective partnerships
– Design job descriptions template and customize for each position that reflect the position’s requirements and attract talent
– Work closely with head of departments to analyze and understand knowledge of workforce within company
– Manage the relationship with internal manager, ensure that the service is constantly aligned with business requirements.
+ Talent Development:
– Set standards for training within the company and manage the delivery for technical and non-technical training according to proposed annual training plan
– Build and update competency dictionary for each position/title according to Job Description
– Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization and make sure that new employees are aware of the values of the Company
+ Recruitment:
– Carry out the recruitment process. Organize interviews including interview planning designed for each position, contacting candidates, set interview schedule with respective hiring departments and candidates
– Develop practical on-boarding processes to help new comers to understand the business context, their role and how they can move to performance mode to deliver business result in a shortest time possible and improve employee experience.
– Keep updating employees‘ performance and assessments during probation
+ Employer Branding:
– Design and implements talent programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage the Company’s talent pool.
– Evaluates and provides reports regarding the effectiveness of the organization’s talent strategies
– Initiate and implement Employer Branding program, both internally and externally
– In charge of building workplace environment and employer branding with Company employee and external partners
– Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote Quan Dat’s reputation
– Internal Communication: assure all colleague acknowledge company’s core value message
+ Data analysis:
– Build up database system for company, manage and analyze it effectively
– Conduct quality talent market research to build bi-annual reports of job market
+ Other: Execute ad hoc tasks as assigned by Admin & HR Manager
Yêu cầu
+ Minimum:
- University Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration/Economics /Psychology
- Ability to recognize and evaluate people, especially the individual competencies of candidates
-English: TOEIC 600+, IELTS 5.0+ or equivalent
-Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
+ Preferred:
-At least 3 years of working experience in the same role
-Have experience in recruiting high positions (Senior and Manager level, C level) and understanding about labor market, labor policy andlabor laws
-Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using interview techniques.
-Have knowledge of aluminum and glass manufacturing is a plus
-Good interpersonal, presentation and relationship skills
