Implement the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Construction position: driving and acquiring insights of position requirements and responsibilities; sourcing to identify the most appropriate recruitment channels; screening, interviewing and evaluate candidates; and managing pipelines through to negotiation and offer acceptance.
Have opportunity to approach recruitment for IT position
Collaborate with team to innovate methods to fulfill recruitment needs’
Update, maintain candidate and requisition data accurately on Simpson Strong-Tie’s system
Measure existing recruitment channels, vendor expense, recruitment metrics and be in charge of accurate and timely hiring reporting
Develop and maintain fruitful working relationships with vendors, both internal and external stakeholders
Participate in projects related to Employer Branding such as build up connection with Universities, implement Campus strategies, promote Simpson Strong-Tie on social media platform….
Contribute to support other company activities included events, workshop, teambuilding…
Other tasks assigned by HR Manager

If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:

Bachelor Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or similar major
University graduated with minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition
Proficiency in communication in English
Possess good communication & interpersonal skills and be able to interract efficiently with all levels
Be able to perform as a effective team player and also work independently
Strong time management and organization skills
Ability to self-motivate, integrity, trustful, positive thinking and open-minded
Confidence and high sense of commitment
