We are looking for a potential candidate who will:

Actively handle full-cycle of recruitment process: understand the business needs, analyze job order, screen, interview, offer and on boarding for new hires
Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
Participate in HRIS implementation, including HR systems developed by web tool team, by external vendor and Workday (from Finance module)Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear Candidate/interviewer expectations
Proactively gain client feedback and understand the vision of the internal clients to improve HR service and alert HR areas where an issue/project may impact on other areas;
Make weekly reports and other works as required by line manager

Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field;
Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
At least 2years of experience in internal recruitment. Candidate with experience in build up HR system (#Hris #groupware)
Good networking & interpersonal skills;
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
High sense of responsibility in confidential matter
Must be organized and detail-oriented
A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidate
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar.
2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar
