Our Client is a big foreign manufacturing company, now is looking for “Supply Chain Manager” position based in Bac Ninh province as detail:

1. Production plan
– Coordinate with Sales team to update and forecast customer needs
– Internal coordination to identify the necessary manpower, equipment and materials to meet production needs
– Plan and prioritize activities to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
– Solve problems that arise in the process
– Report on output information (number of finished products, percentage of defects, etc.)
2. Purchase
– Implement new or improved supply chain processes according to policies, standards and regulations
– Develop a system for evaluating supplier quotations to negotiate and purchase suitable goods to ensure quality, price, delivery and service.
– Recruit and maintain suppliers that provide high quality products and services at the best prices
– Meet with suppliers to discuss performance metrics, to provide performance feedback or to discuss production forecasts or changes.
– Supervise all activities related to the procurement of goods, from purchase intent to delivery.
– Negotiate or monitor the negotiation of complex equipment, supplies and service requirements from suppliers and subcontractors.
3. Warehouse & logistics
– Strategic planning and management of logistics, warehousing, shipping and customer service
– Arrange warehouses, lists of goods, route planning and shipping process
– Control and manage inventory, always update inventory control system and ensure inventory is accurate
– Track delivery time & cost effectively
– Directly, optimize and coordinate the entire transport cycle
– Maintain data and analyze data to evaluate performance and make improvements
– Contact and negotiate with suppliers to resolve any issues or claims related to delivery time and accuracy
– Supervise, train and train the warehouse workforce to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and customer requirements.
