- Overall responsibility for the services contract sales during the sales phase
- Manages sales process, coordinates and negotiate contracts and/or proposals in cooperation with proposal team, internal functions, other involved professionals and management
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with contract drafting when required
- Plans sales volumes and potentials of customers in the assigned region
- Regular provision of information for forecasts and planning via Salesforce
- Analyses specific market conditions and builds a sound market related network of stakeholders
Yêu cầu
- Candidate having University degree, having background of HVAC/ Mechanical/ or relevant major
- Over 5 to 10 years’ experience in sale and managing level.
- Good capacity of English in 4 skills
- Good communication /negotiation skill
- Strong problem solving skill, report and presentation skill
- Ensure full integrity and compliance.
- Aggressive and good strategy in sales
- Able to be an influencer to manage team effectively, functional teams and customers are highly preferable
- Leadership and ownership skills are mandatory required
- Sound product knowledge and understanding of customer needs and adapt for customer satisfaction.
