To follow the standard service procedures.
PREPARE REPAIR SHEET / RECORD DOWN AS RECEIVE AND AS FOUND CONDITION
DISASSEMBLE AND ASSEMBLE THE VALVES
CLEANING WORK SPACE
LAPPING
TAKING NECESSARY MEASUREMENT AND RECOMMENDATION OF PARTS
TAGGING AND PAINTING (IF NECESSARY)
TESTING ( SINGLAS APPROVED TESTER FOR SAFETY VALVES)
PREPARE NECESSARY SUPPLY
CHECK TEST UNIT (CHECK LIST)
CHECK PRESSURE GAUGES RANGE AND CALIBRACTION /EXPIRE DATE
TESING (FOLLOW TEST PROCEDURE)
To inform every damaged part and every surprise finding to report supervisor immediately.
To maintain service quality: Ensure to meet given schedule.
To update and maintain the service report of assigned job.
Ensure work place and working methods are safe for service team as well as for tools and equipment.
To do proper housekeeping occasionally and every end of the day.
When onsite job is assigned:
To follow every safety rules and regulations of assigned work place.
To exactly follow the method of statement preliminarily submitted to
To follow instruction by supervisor on manpower allocation and job assignment
Working hours: 8:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Saturday (Normally we are off on Saturday)
Working Location:
- Cat Lai 2 IZ, Thu Duc city, HCMC
- Phu My Disrict , Ba Ria-Vung Tau

Candidate must possess at least Degree, Diploma in Instrument /Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.
At least 2 -3Year(s) of working experience in onsite services and/or maintenance work in Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical plants about safety relief valves
Familiar with material compatibility , tubing , piping system and rotating equipment will be added advantage
Knowledge in Industrial safety requirement and practices
Business development mindset and creative
Interest for hands on for mechanical work
Analytical and detail oriented
Works well under pressure
Independent and systematic personality
Required Skill(s): sales, proficient in Microsoft office , Drafting software (AutoCAD, Solid works, etc) and photo editor
Travelling is a prerequisite
