Training:
• Execute of all sales training programs related to product, operation teams…
• Develop training materials as assigned & ensure the quality of training materials
• Manage training records & materials
• Determine training needs/applications by join fieldwork with Sales team, meetings
• Propose & update training methods, skills & tools to improve training effectiveness
Report:
• Making training report
• Support for making training plan
• Any other tasks as assigned by line manager.
Yêu cầu
•BA degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance or Business Administration
• Minimum 2 - 3 years training & development experience
• Excellent at English communication
• Working in Finance, Banking or Insurance company is a plus
• Able to travel for business trip
• Course design & development
• Good at PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel
• Good at: communication, presentation, problem-solving
•Training skill
• Presentation skill
