Mô tả
Recruitment: (80%)
- Create recruitment plan based on the business requirements
- Implement recruitment plan
- In charge of the recruitment and selection process including:
- Create job description
- Build up and develop the talent pool through current and expanding channels to meet hiring demands
- Maintain a ‘Databank’ of potential candidates for reference and future usage.
- Define efficient sources to post jobs including company website, job boards, social network, etc to attract candidates
- Source, filter and conduct interviews for interested candidates
- Record and update candidates’ database
- Prepare offer letter and conduct the onboarding process
- Closely work with line managers to keep the up-to-date recruitment plan and ensure timely placement to meet business needs, for both current operating units and new projects
- Maintain close relationship with academic institutions and Universities/Colleges schools as a source for talent pool.
- Make recruitment reports including but not limited to weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually reports on recruitment sources, recruitment time, recruitment conversion rates from CVs into placement, etc.
Training and Development: (10%)
- Conduct orientation training to ensure all new hires are provided with full induction package
- Maintain records of training participants in all training and development programs
- Coordinate with line managers and vendors to define the training needs and create training programs for staff
- Support training logistics & facilities for all training courses
- Conduct the training assessment to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
HR Operation: (10%)
- Ensure smooth on/off boarding process for employee
- In charge of monthly employment contract for employees with all types of document such as: probation contract, labor contract, appendix, resignation decision, etc.
- Manage and monitor hard/soft HR documentation for all employees
- Maintain the Employee Database to ensure that all data is updated accurately and on a timely basis
- Declare Healthcare/Accident insurance of HCM & Ha Noi employee
- Announce all information relating to employee to ensure compliance
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (hiring bonus)
- Solve and work closely all the issues related to Epayment system, invoices, expenses with Finance and Purchasing Department
- Make monthly reports as required
- Support to resolve employee relations issues
- Support internal events with Intercom team (if any)
- Perform other HR related duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
PRE – REQUISITE
1.1 Education, Training Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree, preferably in Human Resource.
1.2 Experience
- At least 3-year experience in recruitment field, preferably in an outsourcing business
1.3 Skills
- Be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good interview skill
1.4 Other requirements
- Structured & result-oriented
- Good at English, both oral & written
- Computer literacy, especially in MS office
- Good knowledge in VN Labour Code
- Discreet, reliable, honest and approachable.
- Dynamic, pro-active, self-confident
