Mô tả

Keep track of the Business Cooperation Contract (BCC) performance to advise the compliance with BCC and laws
Update, provide necessary information for other departments and coordinate related departments to handle issues in BCC implementation
Research and consult for departments and the management level of Company on the legal issues
Prepare application for approval / certificate / licenses including enterprise registration certificate, investment certificate, trading license
Assist in drafting and reviewing documents of the company in the dispute progress
In charge of training for the new employees the general view of BCC

Yêu cầu

Solid knowledge ofthe Vietnam legal systemespecially Enterprise Law, Commercial Law, Investment Law, Civil Code, Labor Code
Obtain Bachelor of Laws degree or higher
At least 5years in relevant positionpreferable in multinational corporation and law firms
Self-research ability, logical thinking and high sense of responsibility.
Effective communication, presentation and negotiation skill;
Intermediate inEnglish and MS Office
