We are currently looking for suitably qualified candidate to fill up the following position of Senior IT Executive
AIM OF THE JOB:
Involve in day-to-day IT infrastructure, network, telecommunications and operation.
Be responsible for developing and implementing networks and IT environments, security and policies complied.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Systems and infrastructures (20%)
-Work with IT team in HQ for the application administrator in term of Traffic count, POS, Wi-Fi (Mall)
-Maintain security systems: Policy, Firewall, Remote access system, Internet access, Backup tape data.
-Monitor IT Service management (vendors), undertake IT projects as assigned or approve by IT Manager, City Head or KLIT.
-IT asset management in EP mall
-Support users to install computers, software, and other technical errors.
-Other task assigned by KLV IT Manager.
IT mall operations (80%)
-Coordinate with vendor to set up and develop mall POS system.
-Approach and instruct new tenants to integrate POS and receipt format.
-Collect, consolidate the sales volume through auto sales data system, Vendor’s POS, calculate GTO then reports to Finance.
-Make sales volume reports to provide related departments and management as required.
-Ensure the sufficient and accuracy of the people counting system data to make reports.
-Manage the billboard system in the mall
-Support HR department to manage the system of doors and timekeeping.
-Support technical team to operate Parking system, CCTV.
-Approve shopping invoices to accumulate customer points on CRM system
-Support Tenants about POS system errors.
-Manage and check the use of VCB EDC of Tenants
-Manage and check tenants sales invoice templates
-Manage TMS system, assist tenants in making revenue reports, user account, and other technical problems.
-Other task assigned by Line Manager
Yêu cầu
-Bacherlor's Degree in Technology or related field
-Minimum 03 years IT experience in PC support and troubleshooting, server -installation/administration and setting up/maintenance of network, application.
-Good experienced in Helpdesk support and IT operations.
-Fairly English communication.
-Work well under high pressure and deadline oriented.
-Experience working in multination companies or shopping mall is preferred.
