1. General Description:
This position is responsible for supporting the Manager to implement all HR procedures effectively, to oversee all human resources operations and to ensure they’re aligned with the company’s business goals.
2. Specific Accountabilities:
- Take lead in recruitment for Schenker Hanoi Branch including while and blue collars, ensure to select the right person for the right position within the lead time.
- Explore all recruitment channels to improve the candidate’s database and improve company’s image in the market.
- Manage onboarding procedures to be implemented smoothly to ensure Schenker as the right Employer’s of choice
- Identify training needs for teams and indviduals; Ensure all training courses are implemented effectively including online and offline
- Assist Manager in providing HR policies, guidance
- Assist Manager in monitoring and reporting on workforce, talent review and succession planning
- Actively take part and support in running HR projects and global projects.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Prepare periodical reports related to HR matters (contract renewal, healthcare, HR Update, labour report, Expat report etc.)
- Ensure to implement the updated legal practices related to expatriates working in Vietnam to be in line with updated Vietnam laws & regulations including visa, residence card, work permit etc.
- Organize entertainment activities for better working environment; maintain and improve professional and friendly working environment.
- Do C&B supporting work if required by the Manager,
- General back-up, and other works as required by the Manager.

- Fluent English (speaking, listening, reading, writing)
- Good communication skills
- Excellent people management skills
- Good time management, criticial thinking, analytical and goal oriented
- Good negotiation, presentation skills
- Good knowledge of the labor code and relevant laws, regulations, process and procedures
2. Experience and Qualifications:
- University degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- Minimum 03 years experience in the same position in a foreign company
- Good practice in a forwarding company is an advantage.
