– Responsible for digital monthly/yearly marketing planning and execution
– Solid knowledge of Facebook / Google ads and other paid media methods
– Responsible for drive traffic and sales by planning, management & optimize campaigns across all digital channels: Facebook, Google, Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, local platforms, etc.
– Set up& implement performance campaign by tracking & utilizing research tools (SEM, SEO) and analyzing databases from a variety of traffic sources
– Be able to use Google Analytics and/or other data analytics platforms
– Be responsible for content strategic planning of creative content and media channels for the sales or branding campaign
– Run multivariate tests by A/B testing tool and methods to determine the highest performing creative, ad copy, and audiences to increase campaign performance
– Use data from Facebook / Google / Membership as well as our own to expand, evolve, and optimize paid social media campaigns to meet the team and company goals
– Be able to work and supervise agency to deliver campaign’s objectives effectively under cost-effectiveness
– Analyse data to maintain and forecast monthly budget and ROI figures, and to provide key insights and recommendations on campaign performance
– Stay current with best practices and changes related to social media marketing, analytical & e-Commerce tactics.
– Collaborate with Brand Manager to build & drive sales for Digital channels: Web/App/FA/ CRM/E commerce…
– Manage the paid ads budget and allocate effectively across the channel to ensure the best return on investment and achievement against KPIs
– Other related projects as per request
Yêu cầu
- University Degree in Marketing, Communication or relevant majors.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience of any mainstream advertisement management, remarketing, and web analytic tools like Google AdWords, Facebook, Google Display Network (GDN), DoubleClick, Google - Analytics, Search Ads 360, etc.
- Analytical, strong ability to draw insights from traffic and campaign trends and develop effective tactics
- Must have a dynamic personality and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English written and verbal communication.
