Company Profile: International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational Fintech Company. As the business keeps developing, our client is seeking for Senior Business Development Manager position. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Job Summary: The dedicated Senior Business Development Manager will be in charge of developing the company’s Vietnam journey from the start and will be an important part of the team that sets up the entire business development operations, merchant relationships, and the distribution part of our business.
Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for closing merchant deals from start to finish, including merchant outreach, presentations, commercial negotiations, and contracts.
· Merchant acquisition pipeline development in Vietnam for the company’s buy-now-pay-later solution.
· Maintain a thorough understanding of the product offering in order to deliver effective merchant pitches and handle first-level inquiries.
· Tracking overall merchant performance, identifying and flagging any potential issues/opportunities.
· Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, etc.) on a regular basis to ensure merchants go live smoothly and company brand visibility is maintained.
Yêu cầu
· At least 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in Fintech/eCommerce field.
· In-depth knowledge of the Vietnamese Fintech, eCommerce, and retail landscapes.
· Only Vietnamese with the ability to communicate and write in English are fluent.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.
· Quick learner, detail oriented, and excellent at follow-ups tasks.
· Prior experience in the buy-now-pay-later space is highly desirable (although not mandatory).
