– Overall in charges of contract and SOP/KPIs management, forwarding and transportation bidding/quotations, customers’ requirements, overseas agents’ correspondence and offering solutions.

– Manage, supervise and give direction to staff in details to maximize usage of trucks for strengtheng service quality and reducing overhead cost.

– Responsible for administration and service performance inclusive of mornitoring human, truck team, spare parts, fuel, deposit for drivers, pre-paid to ports …

– Identify opportunities for SOP and process improvements.

– Have meeting with overseas and local customers

– Manage the whole operation process of Air Freight and Sea Freight.

– Understand customers’ needs to advise appropriate solutions that enable customers to enjoy the full benefit of comprehensive services.

– Solve high level problems and respond customers’ complex calls about service questions and general customer concerns.

– Be responsible for maintaining good relationships and a high level of professionalism with customers.

– Train new employees based on experience and skill.
