- This position Measures sales force productivity and ensures effective implementation of established strategies and tactics, i.e.: promotional response and resource allocation/utilization.
- This position manages sales administration, sales development, and training team to build capability for delivery, synergy, and commonality of division total sales function in order to achieve division's strategic objectives.
- Job is expected to work with various sales departments in different sales channels within Ninja van Vietnam and develop an understanding of the market.
- Sales effectiveness:
- Lead to work with sales & marketing as well as the commercial operations team to implement and enhance relevant dashboards to effectively manage the business.
- Measure sales force productivity and ensure effective implementation of established strategies and tactics, i.e.: promotional response and resource allocation/utilization.
- Proactively provide fact-based insights and analytic programs to support business needs.
- Conduct all sales and pipeline analysis (data/ territory analysis…)
- Assist the Sales Team in building the reports/projects that manage expectations/improvements for the field sales team
- Sales compliance:
- Carry out a variety of assessments and analyses to come up with information useful in establishing an effective sales strategy to determine the most appropriate go-to-market model for sales.
- Work closely with SM to monitor && evaluation to ensure sales systems, promotion activities follow company compliance and process alignment between commercial, operations, finance, and legal departments
- Operation & Sales Administration:
- Conduct &lead sales administration meeting, S&OP Meeting
- Lead Team in development && implement Incentive Program of monthly/ quarterly/yearly
- Selecting, implementing, and managing sales automation tools
- Drive continuous development of the systems in close coordination with the Technical Team.
- Reports/Projects management
- Team management:
- Build, manage & develop Team
- Lead a team of sales admin and operations professionals’ way
- Motivate &recognition Team members
Yêu cầu
- Experience Required:
- At least 3 years experience in this field
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is an advantage
- Education/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above
- Skills: Excellent numeracy skills, communications,, and self-presentation skills.
- Core Competencies: Able to lead a team internally and maintain good communications with internal departments; self motivated and achievement-oriented
