ROLE DESCRIPTION
This position supports our Sales & Marketing Department in facilitating day-to-day operations and reports to senior levels.
RESPONSIBITLIES
· Prepares quotations and processes purchase orders from customers.
· Writes reports, company brochures and similar documents.
· Organizes and hosts presentations and customer visits.
· Assists Marketing Executives in promotional activities.
· Helps to organize market research.
· Undertakes daily administrative tasks to ensure functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
· Supports Marketing Executives in organizing various projects.
· Maintains good relationships with existing customers.
· Assumes responsibility for account retention of new customers to achieve monthly target.
· Maintains up-to-date database of customers, liaises to collect and input data correctly in the Company’s CRM system.
· Coordinates the collection and credit-related matters.
· Supports distribution of marketing materials.
· Drafts contracts and sales-related paperwork upon request from Sales Managers, including translations (EN-VN)
· Supports the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
· Other administrative tasks when requested.

REQUIREMENTS
· At least 1 yearofexperience in similar positions.
·Proactive with positive attitude and friendly.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Good attention to details.
· University graduate with legal background ispreferred.
· Good command of verbal and writtenEnglish.
· Well organized with a customer-oriented approach.
· Knowledge or experience in ERP and CRM is a PLUS.
