RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Coordinate with outside sales team to make quotation and follow up with customers about sales opportunities in the company system.
– Support salesmen about drafting contracts, following up and filing documents to make sure all the contracts are fulfilled.
– Be the bridge between customers and company to update shipment status as well as handle complaints efficiently.
– Coordinate with Finance, Supply chain in terms of payment collection, inventory checking and prompt delivery to the customers in accordance to the company’s standards.
– Take part in some company’s projects to enhance current infrastructure together with to perfect current working processes.
– Prepare reports and dashboards to provide company an insight of selling activities including forecast and month reports.
– Conducts cold calling to customers to introduce company campaign’s, creating more and more engaging customers.
– Other tasks assigned by Line Manager or Team Leader.

REQUIREMENTS
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English
- Able to negotiate with customers and be a trouble-solving team-member
- Well-organized and able to handle multitasks
- Knowing about project sales is a plus
- Familiar with ERP and CRM is preferred (but not compulsory)
- Thời gian thử việc: 2 Months (full salary)
