* Build the Online Strategy plan (Sales, Marketing, CRM, Communication, etc…).
* Supervise its operational application and overall alignment on site messaging and communication with customers for a consistent SubON image (yearly calendar and marketing activities implementation including traffic management).
* Participate in strategic meetings with suppliers, regional and countries teams…to negotiate commercial conditions (margin, animations, exclusivity…).
* Build the online budgets, ensure respect of online budgets by the Sale Fresh Manager.
* Participate in setting up the purchase plan in collaboration with the buyer and the merchandise analyst.
* Control and follow up the supply processes with the relevant resources (Quantity, Quality, and Deadline).
* Supervise and ensure the efficiency of logistics processes in coordination with the related team.
* Supervise directly sale online team & set KPIs positions & support their achievements.
* Ensure a seamless information flow within & between the teams & a global awareness of online business.
* Ensure the technical operability & optimization of the platforms on each device with the MKT team.
* Build online overview reports for Sale Fresh Manager & the strategic recommendations associated.
* Record, monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and provides suggested action plans.
* Other requests from SubON Manager.
* Other requests from the job of SubON team.
