A.PURPOSE OF POSITION
Reporting to SubON Manager, you’ll be leading the team responsible for development of sales for food-related products (fresh, company’s products) for online business (Subscription & Online)
C.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Main duties:
* Build the O2O Brand Strategy plan (Sales, Marketing, CRM, Communication, etc…).
* Supervise its operational application and overall alignment on site messaging and communication with customers for a consistent SubON image (yearly calendar and marketing activities implementation including traffic management).
* Participate in strategic meetings with suppliers, regional and countries teams…to negotiate commercial conditions (margin, animations, exclusivity…).
* Build the O2O budgets, ensure respect of O2O budgets by the SubON Manager.
* Participate in setting up the purchase plan in collaboration with the buyer and the merchandise analyst.
* Control and follow up the supply processes with the relevant resources (Quantity, Quality, and Deadline).
* Supervise and ensure the efficiency of logistics processes in coordination with the related team.
* Supervise directly SubON Sale team & Set KPIs positions & support their achievements.
* Ensure a seamless information flow within & between the teams and a global awareness of O2O business.
* Ensure the technical operability & optimization of the platforms on each device with the MKT team.
* Build O2O overview reports for SubON Manager and the strategic recommendations associated.
* Record, monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and provides suggested action plans.
* Other requests from SubON Manager.
* Other requests from the job of SubON team.

D.BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree
- Age : < 30
- Gender: Female
- At least 5 years related position: Merchandiser, Category, Business; at chains: FMCG, Food, Fresh
- Minimum 2 years of online channel experience
- Minimum 2 years position Manager
- B2B/B2C/MarketPlace sales experience
- Understand the online models: e-commerce floor, Food/Mart/Super App
- Simple thinking
