– Shipment Control (ERP): Observing loading status and made delivery order
– Create shipments, issue invoice, preapre packing list based on the loading information from warehouse
– Customs clearance: Provide documents to forwarder for customs declaration, customs inspection arrangement if any, check declaration input in ECUS before submit to customs
– Shipment Closing (ERP): Good transfer, B/L checking, good issue & shipping advice
– Receipt sample request from other team
– Contact express company to send to customers
– Making shipping doccuments for each express sample shipment
– Check express fee at the end of the month
– Others assigned by Manager
Yêu cầu
- Female, from 23 ~ 30 years old
- University Graduated major in English/Foreign Trade/Economics
- Experience in customs is preferential
- Good attitude
- Good at computer (MS office)
- Hai Duong resident
