A. PURPOSE OF POSITION
Service Training Supervisor is the person in charge of customer service courses for all employees, in order to supplement skills and knowledge about Service for each position of the operations department. Besides, will explore needs, develop learning paths, collect feedback, evaluate and measure the effectiveness of service courses in Retail.
B. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Main duties:
1. Training
· Organize and conduct Training customer service knowledge for all employees according to company operating standards
· Plan training skills to improve customer service for retails
· Design relevant training materials: presentation files, training document
· Reviews, evaluates and modifies existing and proposed programs and recommends appropriate changes.
· Ensure the quantity & quality of each training course and Evaluate the training effectiveness
2. Analysis & Planning
· Periodically check customer service performance at the point of sale and suggest methods to improve the situation
· Analysis of service training needs of retail & continuous improvement of training materials
· Support in planning and building customer service training content for each position
· Manage advanced service programs for stores
· Work as assigned by management

C- BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
Education
- College/ University
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Understanding of customer care / retail / F & B
Computer
- Be strong in Word, Excel & Power Point
- ·Desirable:Ability to understand other training tools
Knowledge/ Skills
- Understanding the retail business
- Considerable knowledge of customer service
- Training skills
- Communication skills
- Handling situations
Others requirement
