A. PURPOSE OF POSITION
Retail Senior Trainer is in charge of organizing training courses for Operation department employees to help equip them with skills, knowledge and experience.
Retail Senior trainer will understand needs, wants, build training roadmap, collect feedback, conduct evaluation and measure effectiveness after each training course.
B. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Main duties:
1. Training:
o Planing, training and re-training store staff to operate including all levels (from Staff – SM) according to the company’s SOP; follow Standard Training Program
o Training store staff/ Store manager in knowledge of sales, operation and problem solving at the store;
o Checking, modifying and improving the operate of store every month;
o Design relevant training materials: presentation files, training document
2. Updated Information
o Coordinating with related departments to update and develop SOPs;
o Managing and updating store staff’s training results;
o Controling training costs;
o Finding and improving effective training methods
o Daily/ Weekly/Monthly reporting to training manager
3. Others

C.BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
Education
- College/ University
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
Understanding of retail / F & B
Computer
- Be strong in Word, Excel & Power Point
- Desirable:Ability to understand other training tools
Knowledge/ Skills
- Understanding the retail business
- Training skills
- Communication skills
- Handling situations
Others requirement
- Teamwork
