We are looking for a RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR to coordinate between Vietnam & Malaysia team and create the most efficient as well as best experience during onboarding for our new employees
Company profile: A global professional services company from US with leading capabilities in digital, cloud and security
Responsibilities
1. Act as the main point of contact for issues, queries and feedback with identified candidates in Vietnamese who has completed their interview and received offer from Accenture.
2. Follow up closely with candidates to expedite the recruitment process such as offer acceptance, provide documents for EP processing, furnish all documents required for onboarding, SEV processing and flight booking coordination.
3. Working towards faster onboarding timeline for Vietnamese candidates and reduce dropout rate
4. Candidate performance is reviewed after 6 months to extend the contract and not limited to relocate working opportunity to Malaysia
Yêu cầu
• Good communication in English and Vietnamese
• 1 year in HR
• Familiar with HR onboarding process
• Knowledge of using MS outlook and MS teams.
• Friendly personality and able to build rapport with candidates.
• Candidate with living experience in Malaysia will be added advantage.
