- Ensuring right quality, right quantity of materials for Production. No human mitakes.
- Performs daily warehousing and administration tasks conform procedures.
- Weekly inventory update, including slow-moving goods.
- Inspection on warehouses and goods receiving area, and report any problems.
- Abide by ‘first-in-first-out’ principle, refuse to deliver any goods without proper procedure.
- Ensures all targets are met whilst ensuring the appropriate quality standards are maintained.
- Reports any safety or quality issue related to Production Manager.
- Provides progress updates to Production Manager.
- Lead warehouse team meeting and attends and contributes to cross functional meetings.
- Cleans and maintains equipment according to written instructions
- Contributes to Continuous Improvement within CI / ALPS and daily routines.
- Is familiar and complies with all the applicable corporate as well as site and laboratory policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct, HSE and Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) standards.
- Maintaining good 5S at work area.
Yêu cầu
- University degreein related major.
- 1-2 years eperience inmanufaturing field atsimilar position.
- Familiar with SAP operation and excel.
- Good communication and coordination capacity.
- Good English skills.
- Good MS Office skills.
