1. Creating and maintaining the Company’s Quality Standards; develop, implement and maintain the Company’s quality documentation, such as quality procedures, reports etc…
2. Establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality awareness throughout the team
3. Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the QC SOP and the environment; through training and work instructions
4. Liaise with managers and QC to ensure the smooth introduction of new QC processes and for reporting and reducing quality issues
5. Work with cross-functional teams to generate Manufacturing Inspection Test Plans that ensures good quality products are produced
6. Inspect to ensure that products and processes comply with requirements, using established engineering techniques
7. Ensure all quality data is captured recorded and exploited
8. Conduct audits, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions
9. Analyze the root causes and implement corrective actions for processes or parts that have concerns
10. Continuously improving Quality procedures
11. Ensure quick resolution of supplier quality failures, and implement corrective and preventive actions, through working with all Department Managers
12. Preparation of QA reports
13. Any other reasonable duties.
Yêu cầu
1. Qualifications in Production Engineering
2. Experience in a Production or sourcing QC Engineering environment and in a Quality/ Inspection role
3. Experience managing and training team ( team size ~ 20pax)
4. Must be able to show a good knowledge of SPC (Statistical process control method of quality control ) and its applications
5. Must be able to show a good practical use of measuring equipment and measuring techniques
6. Excellent computer skills; Word, Excel, Outlook .
7. Excellent organizational and strong verbal and written skills (Vietnamese as well as English)
8. Excellent team working and adaptability
9. Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
10. Attention to detail
11. Ability to prioritise workload
12. Flexible and trustworthy. Reporting to Production Manager & COO
