Job Summary:
To support Quality Assurance Executive in activities associated with production quality issue.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary duties: (Approximately 70 to 80% of daily work schedule)
- Participate in all quality activities associated with production quality issue.
- Assisting Quality Assurance Executive in investigating non-conformance’s root cause and take corrective / preventive action.
- Verify daily inspection records.
- Perform microbiological test (Easicult test) for product / raw material.
- Verify and analyze the defects found on shipping sample checking.
- Verify all monitoring and measuring devices.
· Test and verify the quality of existing material or products.
- Test and re-verify the quality of expired material / chemical.
- Maintain effective communication throughout the department and with respective departments regarding the product quality issue.
Secondary duties: (Approximately 20 to 30% of daily work schedule)
- To provide on job training / guidance and quality control system for the new Quality Inspector / new staff.
- Monitor effectiveness of corrective / preventive action.
- Monitor activities at individual division to meet quality objective.
- Prepare approve sample.
- Perform any other duties when assigned.
The person is expected to work closely with staffs from all departments

· Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment with excellent communication
skills.
· Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
· Exceptional listening and analytical skill.
· Able to work under pressure.
· Computer literate.
Desirable Qualifications:
· Preferably Professional Certificate, Diploma or degree in relevant field.
