Mô tả
- Complies with established job safety practices, policies and procedures as specified in plant and corporate directives for the safe performance of the work assignment.
- Performs duties as required to insure compliance with the plant’s quality standards.
- Production report.
- Prepare and control ISO, BRC document.
- Filling and controlling documents for department.
- Order and manage stationary office for Production department.
- Work closely with Production Planing.
- Make and follow purchase request for Production Dept.
- Organize training event, work together with HR.
- Make monthly attendance and overtime record.
- Other job as assigned.
- Tuân theo các hướng dẫn, chính sách và thủ tục về an toàn của nhà máy và tập đoàn để đảm bảo sự an toàn trong công việc.
- Thực hiện công việc theo yêu cầu để đảm bảo đạt được các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.
- Báo cáo tình hình sản xuất
- Chuẩn bị và kiểm soát các hồ sơ, tài liệu ISO và BRC.
- Lưu trữ và kiểm soát toàn bộ tài liệu, hồ sơ cho phòng ban.
- Đặt và quản lý văn phòng phẩm cho bộ phận sản xuất
- Làm việc chặt chẽ với bô phận kế hoạch
- Tạo và theo dõi yêu cầu mua hàng cho Bộ phận sản xuất.
- Tổ chức các khóa đào tạo, làm việc với phòng Nhân sự.
- Xếp lịch làm việc và theo dõi tăng ca.
- Các công việc khác khi được phân công.
Yêu cầu
• University or college
Tốt nghiệp đại học hoặc cao đẳng
• Can use the office software. (Word, Excel, Power point, …..
Biết sử dụng vi tính ( Word, Excel, Power Point, …)
• Good speaking and writing in English
Nói, viết tiếng Anh tốt
• Must be able to organize, plan, and prioritize.
Có khả năng tổ chức, lập kế hoạch và sắp xếp.
• SAP experience in advance
Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm sử dụng hệ thống SAP
