POSITION PURPOSE: Support the Head of Product Development in management of the product proposition and planning product strategies for multi-channel to ensure company has competitive, relevant product position for different customers segment and distribution channels.

• Support in developing product proposition form customer needs to strengthen product positioning and proposition. Positioning and messaging for new products and features
• Assist with coordinating the involvement of related departments and related parties in the product launching process to ensure the product launching activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist with developing sales and training materials and participate in preparing product sales incentive and organizing product launching events to ensure effective introduction of new products.
• Assist with developing corporate & channel product/proposition customer launch, promotion and initiatives to ensure delivery of revenue and profit target of total product portfolio or channels. Helping the sales team sell more.
• Participate in create and update market, competitors, and customer information (new product launch, best selling product, market share, grow projection, trend…)
• Provide support in conducting internal anh external product surveys including market research, focus groups, sales talks, etc.…
• Monitor performance of DLVN product in relation to market & provide and recommendation on product changes/ campaign to improve product performance
• Other jobs as delegated by the line manager and senior management.
