Company Profile: International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in Food & Beverage, is looking for a Product Development Manager to help their business growth and market expansion.
Job Summary: This position will be in charge of creating compelling and appealing products to support the company’s strategy of being a product pioneer and a leader in F&B solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
Category Planning:
· Drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) in collaboration with Demand Planning, Commercial Finance, MT Sales team and brand teams (Marketing): base portfolio, new product launch, trade and consumer activities (promotions) for Channel.
Perfect Store Leadership:
· Manage and to be responsible for orchestration of channel planning tasks in including category sales plans and commercial delivery across all categories.
· To manage and to be responsible for collaboration with channel and with major customers to deliver the PERFECT STORE plan.
· Enforce adherence to key processes: Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Critical Operations Decisions (COD), and Purchase to Pay (P2P)
· To manage Global Perfect Store programs for the nationwide of Vietnam and participates in learning/sharing opportunities across the Asia Pacific/Global community.
Perfect Store Strategy & Planning:
· Manage store’s owner understanding with a competitive lens and external radar.
· Manage the channel planning: sales plan/channel, activity calendar, innovation launch plan; the channel revenue management: trade spend, ROI, programs (depth, frequency, calendar).
· Develop the picture of success for each retail environment under the “Perfect Store” program.
Perfect Store Systems and Operation:
· Responsible for internal collaboration with category planners and MT sales directors.
· Collaborate with Marketing and Category planners to grow the category, execute brilliant basics and plan winning programs.
· Establish investment priorities and execute the plan brilliantly in respect of A&C budget and ROI goals.
· Commercialize brilliantly Innovation and Renovation with customers.
· Communicate clear priorities for the sales team for GT channel: Must Stock List (MSL), Recommended Retail Pricing, Visibility standards /POSM, Trade programs, cycle priorities.
· Recruit, retain and develop a team of brilliant trade marketers; Orchestrate sales and marketing collaboration and lead the pace of planning and execution.
Yêu cầu
· Bachelor’s degree in business related field is required.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in TRADE MARKETING, CATEGORY PLANNING in MNC environment.
· Critical thinking, analytical skill.
· Good English skill
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skill.
· Proven success as trade marketing top level.
· Excellent shopper & customer understanding.
· Ability to analyze retail trends and insights.
· Sales Management: including channel management, category management.
