Key Purpose of the Job:.
· This role is to support the build of global sourcing strategy for the Active brands in Pentland portfolio. The responsibility mainly covers new sourcing opportunities exploration, as well as initial stage feasibility study and engagement with potential suppliers.
Responsibilities:
· Buy Process: Manages and proceed monthly buy according to buy calendars for all vendors in Asia to ensure everything is ready for on time delivery and minimize the rejected orders.
· Monitor and input to correct request ship date basing on public buy date/ long lead time list / particular request date from customers.
· Consolidate material MOQ reporting from the buy and working with UK team for approval,
· Consolidate buy summary report after buy completed each month.
· Consolidate and track pending development sample prior to the buy received.
· Consolidate Asia vendors and co-ordinate with UK team/RMM to issue Buy Calendar yearly basic.
· Consolidate Asia vendors and co-ordinate with UK counterparts on vendors capacity planning/ forecast order placement, analyze the fill rate and work out with MOM/RMM/HOS to ensure to balance production in peak season.
· Contact window of PR samples for all vendors in Asia, follow up with operation team for PO creation, delivery confirmation, consolidate delivery status to ensure service level agreement and events, Launch are met and vendor performance.
· Responsible for Mould process / SOP, create PO within timeline, proceed GR in SAP and follow up payment.
· Work cross-functionally with the headquarters team and local colleagues to deliver departmental goals and objectives
· Support RMM/RQM/HOS in vendor scorecard weekly and monthly

Yêu cầu
· At least 5 years’ merchandising experience with at least 2 years in supervisory role
· Experience in relevant product categories is preferable, but not essential
· Sound knowledge of supply chain management on global basis
· Effective calendar management in an international brand, retail or FMCG environment
· Experienced in working with multi-counterparts (factory, head quarter and customers) and ability to drive performance
· Knowledge of product costing and product development
· Good analytical skills, problem solving skills and attention to details
· Can-do attitude, while willing and able to come up with practical solutions when problems arise
· Ability to self-manage, prioritise and multi-tasks
· Ability to work both independently & as part of a team
· Experienced in working effectively across multiple functions in a global business
· Strong communications skills in a multi-cultural environment
· Strong influencing and persuasion skills
· Knowledge in SAP or other ERP systems is required
· PC literate: Excel, PowerPoint,
· Good command of written and spoken English
· Discipline, ethical, responsible, careful
· Good time management and team work
