Job Summary:

Be responsible for process management of current & coming lines, models & equipment
Be responsible for failure analysis as well as improvement for fixture/tools/machine. Provide solution & action for improvement

Responsibilities:

Ensure the availability & updates of process documentation including manufacturing/ rework routing, WIs as well as material/BOM, product/production design
Plan & organize for the success of EB/QB/PR/MP in line with timeline & quality targets
Conduct line/routing audit for process & quality improvement. Lead the improvement
Lead mechanical study for fixtures, tools capacity for long term improvement solution. Support manager in equipment & technology planning
Prepare related reports, machine as well as training documentation

Requirements:

University, Major in Mechatronic/ Mechanical Engineering related
Experiences with process management, quality improvement of process/ fixture/ tools/ machines in industrial environment
Strong mechanical skills with proven records in fixture/ tools/ machine improvement
Proficiency in computer, CAD, mechanical design
Reading and writing in English, good English speaking is preferred
Teamwork as well as good ability to work independently
